Trackfit Engineering Ltd. first entered in to installation and service works for the food and poultry production industry in the 1980s working for organisations such as Stork, Cargill Plc. and Meyn.

Following recognition  of our extensive knowledge of production engineering and trusted quality of work in the 1990s we were able to expand our scope to general production engineering, working for major conveyor manufacturers (see conveyor manufacturers for details).

At the end of the 1990’s, partly due to Trackfit’s complete independence and partly due to the extensive specialist knowledge that the Company had now acquired, end users began to approach us for advice on the supply and installation of the most suitable systems. Working with the engineering support of the respective conveyor manufacturers, combined with its own substantial knowledge of customer facilities and production requirements, Trackfit expanded into full turn-key projects 

Today we are industry leaders specialising in the selection, supply, installation and maintenance of conveyors systems and material handling equipment across the production industry throughout the UK and Europe. 

We have developed a wealth of knowledge over many years helping our customers expand their production capabilities. As we have helped our customers expand their capabilities so too have we. 

We are proud to offer a complete service providing design and consultancy, project management, installation, maintenance and inspection of all manner of conveyors, equipment and respective structures.

We bring the knowledge and means to manage large scale projects, for example  as project coordinators using our specialist knowledge of project coordination (under CDM Regulations 2015)  and have done so for major international organisation such as  Cummins Engines Co. Ltd.and Caterpillar Group- Perkins engines Co. Ltd. (see case studies for more information on previous projects).

Yet we still cater for smaller project with the same care and attention to detail as  we are known and trusted to provide by our many customers.
